华为ICT学院是华为公司主导的，面向全球的校企合作项目。华为ICT学院面向全球在校大学生传递华为ICT (Information, Communication, Technology) 技术与产品知识，鼓励学生参加华为职业技术认证，在全球范围内为社会及ICT产业链培养创新型和应用型技术人才。

华为认证提供"ICT技术架构认证"、"平台与服务认证"、"行业ICT认证"三类人才标准。根据ICT从业者的学习和进阶需求，华为认证分为工程师级别、高级工程师级别和专家级别三个认证等级。

ICT技术架构认证: 聚焦ICT基础软硬件设施，提供Data Center、Storage、Routing & Switching、WLAN、Security、SDN、Transmission、Access、LTE、5G十个技术方向的能力认证，培养具备基础设施规划、建设和维护能力的专业人才;

平台与服务认证: 覆盖AI、IoT、Cloud等新技术领域，提供Big Data、AI、IoT、Enterprise Communication、Cloud Service、Cloud Computing六个技术方向的认证，聚焦培养具备业务、技术、应用融合能力，能在平台基础上进行创新的开发型、架构型人才;

行业ICT认证: 深入理解行业，提供Finance、Public Safety两个行业方向的认证，聚焦培养既懂技术，又懂行业的复合型人才。

Huawei ICT Certification (Guangzhou City Construction College - Huawei ICT College)

Cooperation intention: Building overseas "Huawei ICT Certification training / employment base"

Cooperation mode: GZCCC provides courses, instructors, training venues, software and hardware facilities; the foreign party is responsible for recruiting students and providing employment services

Huawei ICT Academy is a global school-enterprise cooperation project led by Huawei. Huawei ICT Academy delivers Huawei's ICT (Information, Communication, Technology) technology and product knowledge to university students around the world, encourages students to participate in Huawei's vocational technology certification, and cultivates innovative and applied technical Architects for society and the ICT industry chain globally.

Huawei Certification provides three types of architecture standards: "ICT Technology Architecture Certification", "Platform and Service Certification", and "Industry ICT Certification". According to the learning and advanced needs of ICT practitioners, Huawei Certification is divided into three certification levels: engineer level, senior engineer level, and expert level.

ICT technology Architecture Certification: Focus on ICT basic software and hardware facilities, and provide data center, storage, routing & switching, WLAN, security, SDN, transmission, access, LTE, 5G technology certification, and cultivate infrastructure planning and construction and maintenance Architects;

Platform and Service Certification: covering AI, IOT, cloud and other new technology fields, providing certification in six technical directions of big data, AI, IOT, enterprise communication, cloud service and cloud computing, focusing on training development and architecture professionals with business, technology and application integration capabilities and capable of innovation based on the platform;

Industry ICT Certification: In-depth understanding of the industry, providing certifications in the two industry directions Finance and Public Safety, focusing on training composite Architects who understand both technology and industry.
